Conditions: Requests must be made within 60 days of delivery. You do not need to have finished the pouch. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

 

Refund timing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days; your bank may take longer to post it.

 

Damaged, wrong, or missing items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right at no additional cost.
